All Signature Brands products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

## [Warranty coverage](#warranty-coverage)

We stand by our products and will, at our discretion, repair or replace any item found to be defective for the expected lifetime of the product.

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable, expected lifespan of the product under normal use and conditions. This does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

We partner with Freewheel for fulfilment and customer service.

If you purchased your item via Freewheel, please contact them directly to raise your warranty claim.

If your item was purchased from another retailer, you must contact the original place of purchase.

All warranty items are subject to inspection. If a fault is confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced.

## [B2B / trade customers](#b2b-trade-customers)

Trade and retail customers must complete a warranty or returns form before sending items back. This ensures correct handling and faster processing.
